32nd Annual Memorial Day Weekend
Buddy Bass Tournament

There are those that wonder if Lake Seminole will ever be the same as those hallowed days prior to the flood in 1994. The results of the 32nd Annual Memorial Day Weekend Buddy Bass Tournament may show that the grand lady is indeed on the way back if not back to her days of glory with 3 bass over 8 pounds hitting the scales and 2 teams posting weights larger than last years winning catch.

The team of Troy Arthur and David Howell blistered the field with a 5 fish catch of 26.12 pounds, anchored with two lunkers weighing 8.45 and 8.08 pounds to win the $2,000 First Place Prize. The team of Kelly & Brock took 2nd Place with 5 fish that weighed 21.67 pounds and 3rd Place went to the tem of Smith and Kirkland with 5 fish that went 20.74 pounds. Big Fish of the event went to Shores and Childress with a beautiful 8.61 pound lunker.
