News:

 We need to discuss our conservation and youth requirement at the meeting – I don’t think that we’ve met either one so it must be taken care of soon.

 

Feb. 6th - Lake Talquin

March 6th - Lake Seminole

April 10th - Coheelee Creek Boat Ramp - Lake Andrew

May 1st - Eufala - This will probably be a day and a half tournament depending on whether or not we have accomodations

June 5th - Lake Jackson

July 10th - Lake Talquin - Moved to the second weekend due to the 4th being the weekend before

August 7th - Chattahoochee River - Trails End Marina

Sept 4th - Lake Seminole

Oct 2nd - Flint River

Nov 6th & 7th - Classic - TBD

Chattahoochee River

 

          Last tournament was held on the Chattahoochee River out of Trails End Marina and it was once again hot and the fishing was tough for everyone.  We did have some water moving out in the main river but the bites still seemed few and far between.  Bad weather seems to have haunted us the last few tournaments as it came a pretty good rain with some lightning mixed in towards the end of the day.  Everyone made it in safe and sound though.  Congratulations to Mike Webster for pulling out the win and being the only angler to weigh-in a limit.  Results can be found below.
